At She Daydreams, all products are created with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items, including journals and oracle cards, all sales are final.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Journals
- Oracle cards
- Any other physical or digital products
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only offer replacements in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Packaging condition
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement where possible.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
She Daydreams is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Shipping delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
